Wholesale Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all LUX&MO B2B wholesale orders. All B2B orders are shipped from Japan, with international delivery arranged based on order quantity and destination.

1. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are based on the number of items in each B2B order:

• 1–4 items: USD $65 flat international shipping per order.
• 5 items or more: Free standard international shipping.

Free shipping applies only to standard international shipping arranged by LUX&MO. Additional charges may apply for special shipping requirements.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All B2B orders are shipped from Japan.

LUX&MO will arrange delivery via FedEx or other international logistics partners based on the order and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

If the shipping method needs to be adjusted due to the destination, package size, shipping restrictions, or other special circumstances, we will confirm the arrangement with the buyer before dispatch.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs

For B2B wholesale orders shipped to the United States, Australia or Canada, product prices include applicable import duties and import taxes (including import VAT or GST where applicable). LUX&MO covers these charges, so the recipient does not need to pay additional import duties or import taxes on delivery.

For all other destinations, product prices exclude applicable import duties and import taxes. Any such charges are payable by the recipient. This does not mean that domestic sales or consumption taxes are exempt.

This treatment is based on the actual shipping destination. Please select the market matching your delivery address before ordering. If the destination changes, contact us to confirm the revised price and delivery arrangements before dispatch.

Shipping fees are separate from import duties and taxes. Free shipping covers standard delivery only; the destination-based duties and import tax treatment above still applies.

4. Additional Logistics Services

Additional charges may apply for:

• Special packaging
• Additional shipping insurance
• Specific shipping methods
• Local delivery or other non-standard logistics services

Any additional costs will be confirmed with the buyer before dispatch.

5. Dispatch & Tracking

Orders will be dispatched after full payment for the products, applicable shipping fees, and any other confirmed charges has been received.

Once the order has been shipped, LUX&MO will provide tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, logistics provider, customs clearance, local import requirements, and other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased products comply with the import requirements of the destination country or region, including:

• Completing customs clearance procedures
• Paying applicable import duties and import taxes for destinations other than the United States, Australia and Canada
• Providing information or documentation required for customs clearance
• Complying with local import regulations

Where necessary, LUX&MO can provide basic shipping documents and shipment information to assist with customs clearance.
