When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. World Link reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject your order for any reason. An order is not accepted until World Link confirms acceptance. Before an order is accepted, we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as World Link may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that any products you purchase are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be stated in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees. For orders shipped to the United States, free shipping and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms may apply as described in our Shipping Policy.
Prices listed in the online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores, other online stores, or stores operated by third-party services. From time to time, we may offer promotions relating to the Services that are subject to separate terms in addition to these Terms. Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the products over to the carrier.

The Services, including without limitation all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement of those materials, are owned by World Link, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by United States, foreign, and other intellectual property laws.

The World Link name, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of World Link or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use those marks without the prior written permission of World Link. The Shopify name, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.
Section 7 - Optional Tools
As part of the Services, we may provide access to tools offered by third-party services. We do not monitor, control, or have input over those tools.
You acknowledge and agree that any tools we provide are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsements of any kind. We will not be liable for any matter arising from or related to your use of optional third-party tools.

World Link is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through the store are conducted directly by World Link. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and World Link, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with World Link.
Section 10 - Privacy Policy
All personal information we receive through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available here, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, available here. By using the Services, you are deemed to have read our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third-party services that may be located outside your country of residence in order to provide the Services to you. In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that may affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) track the personal information of others; (d) engage in spam, phishing, fraud, or pretexting; (e) use robots, spiders, scraping tools, data collection or extraction tools, automated devices or processes, AI tools, agentic AI, or other automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, circumvent, or bypass security or authorization features, robots exclusion headers, or any other measures we use to restrict access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time without notice if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

14.4 Agents must: (i) identify every HTTP/HTTPS request as coming from an Agent and disclose the Agent's name by including the following user-agent string: "Agent/[Agent Name]"; (ii) not conceal or obscure that access, use, or interaction is from an Agent, including by (a) mimicking human behavior or interaction patterns, or (b) completing or bypassing CAPTCHA or other measures designed to distinguish computer use from human use; (iii) respond truthfully to questions or prompts intended to determine whether an interaction is from a human or a computer; and (iv) not evade or bypass measures intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether or how an Agent accesses, uses, or interacts with the Services.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part of them, at any time without notice in our sole discretion. In that case, you remain responsible for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will continue to apply after termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

Some jurisdictions do not allow or limit disclaimers of implied warranties or other warranties, so the above disclaimers may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will World Link, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, Shopify, or Shopify's affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or any products obtained through the Services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Services or products, including without limitation any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using the Services or any content or products posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless World Link, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees paid to third parties, arising from or related to: (1) your breach of these Terms or any document incorporated by reference into these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your access to or use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, but a delay in notification will not relieve your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by the delay. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

The district court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office will have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the services we provide.
