Shipping and Customs Duties

Lux&Mo items are shipped from Japan. Orders to the United States are currently shipped primarily by FedEx. The shipping method may vary depending on the destination, item details, and transportation conditions.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders shipped to the United States.

Order Processing Time

After payment is confirmed, orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery Time

After shipment, orders to the United States are usually expected to arrive within approximately 4 to 6 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, holidays, weather, the delivery area, remote-area delivery, and other transportation conditions.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, we will send the tracking number to you by email. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status on the official FedEx website or other applicable tracking services.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes for U.S. Orders

Unless otherwise stated, applicable import duties for orders shipped to the United States are included in the item price. We ship U.S. orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, so customers normally do not need to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

However, additional confirmation or procedures may be required depending on the regulations of the destination country or region, customs decisions, or other circumstances.

Refused Delivery or Undeliverable Packages Due to Customer Reasons

If a package is returned due to customer-related reasons, such as refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, an incomplete or incorrect address, or failure to complete procedures required for customs clearance, we may deduct the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs-related costs, handling fees, and any other costs incurred from the refund amount.
