Do I need to purchase products or hold inventory?

No. You focus on content and promotion while LUX&MO handles fulfillment, delivery and consumer after-sales support.

Do I need the app after registering online?

No. The app is an optional mobile management tool. You can sign in using the same email address and password you registered with on the web.

How are commissions tracked?

Eligible orders earn 5% commission and are tracked automatically through your dedicated Affiliate Link or Code.

How are commissions paid?

Commission payouts are primarily processed through PayPal. Please prepare a PayPal account that can receive payments and ensure your payout information is accurate. Final payout arrangements are subject to the settlement notice and Influence Program terms.

When are commissions paid?

Eligible commissions are settled after the applicable order has completed the required 30-day fulfillment period, subject to the Influence Program terms.
